What is Bare Bax Lingerie?
Our lingerie line is a patented bra system allowing you to interchange your bra backs and leave them exposed. All our backs are decorative and designed to be shown with backless tops and dresses. We also have interchangeable bra straps that fit all our bra styles.
Can I use my own bra with the Bare Bax backs?
No you cant as the backs will not fit. Our bras are designed to ensure the connections happen under your underarm area. Both bras and backs are sized to suit many sizes.
How many bras do I need?
You only need 1 bra to use our bra back system.
If I buy only the bra, does it come with a back?
No, the bra on its own does not have a back unless you buy the starter set.
I cant see my bra size in your options, can it be made?
We can make most sizes and are happy to make outside the advertised sizes (within reason). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and make a request. You would need to send your Australian bra size and underbust, overbust and full bust measurments.
I am concerned if I buy a bra and backs they may not fit. Can I exchange it?
Yes of course. We understand it can be hard to know your exact fit size withouut trying the lingerie on. If you have followed our guide and the fit is not quite right, we can remake your items. Items need to be returned at the purchasers cost in the condition they arrived in.
Where are you based and can I come in for a fitting?
We are based in Sydneys Northern Beaches in Australia, and you are welcome to make an appointment to try on the bras and backs. Simply email us at email@example.com to make an appointment.
How long does it take to make my order?
We require a 1-3 business day timeframe to make your order. The order is then assessed by quality control and shipped. You will receive a tracking number and all shipments are insured in case of damage or loss in transit.
How long does it take to arrive after the purchase has been shipped?
Orders within AUSTRALIA generally take 2-7 buisness days depending on where you are. You do have the choice of express post if desired. Please note: the make time is still 1-3 business days even with express. If you are in a hurry, you may email us and we will do our best to ensure the items are made as quickly as possible.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Any promotional codes are put into the checkout system. Simply click on the shopping cart at thge top right of the website and click view all. This shows you your shopping cart items. Then you can enter the code into the discount codes section and click Apply Coupon. If you add items after this the coupon will still discount them.
